Strategic consulting
What will your business look like in five years? We anticipate change by reading the signals in the fundamentals of your core business, while there is still time to steer it.

A core business rarely gets into trouble overnight. Before erosion shows up in financial results, it leaves signals. A key customer shifting priorities, growing pressure on prices, thinning margins, new alternatives gaining ground.
Taken one by one, they may look like short-term episodes. Read together, they can point to something more structural changing. And by the time that change shows in the numbers, the room to react may already be narrower.
Anticipating doesn't mean predicting the future.
It means recognising in time which changes could put pressure on the pillars of your business, and understanding where to act before they become a problem in the numbers.
Being a sustainable company
Being sustainable doesn't simply mean reporting what you do. It means building a company able to create value today without compromising its ability to do so tomorrow.
This vision gave rise to BeSustainable®, the model we use to support companies on their path of evolution: because success and sustainability are not separate goals, but two dimensions of the same way of doing business.
Between resources, processes and energy, to create value more efficiently and consciously.
Of people, skills and the organisation, to prepare today the business of tomorrow.
Solid governance and a shared direction, to turn sustainability into concrete decisions and actions.
Three conditions for the success of the same company.
The service
We assess how ready the core business is to face market changes and the megatrends of the coming years. We analyse five pillars to understand where the model is solid, where signs of erosion are starting to emerge and in which direction they are moving.
Who buys, why they choose us and how the value of the relationship is changing over time.
What truly sets us apart and how hard it is for customers and the market to replace us.
Where profit is generated today and towards which activities in the value chain it is shifting.
Which skills will be decisive over the next three to five years and which we still need to build.
How ready the company is to adapt and move in the required direction.
The method
The Check combines data, individual assessments and discussion among those who lead the company, to turn signals of change into concrete strategic choices.
We start from the data already available in the company. Together with management control, sales and human resources, we gather historical series and define the key indicators for each pillar.
Each member of the management team independently rates the checklist items, giving a score from 1 to 5 and indicating the trend. Every rating must be backed by verifiable data: without evidence, the score cannot exceed 2.
In a half-day session we compare the assessments together with the management team. Disagreements are data too: if the question “what is our core business?” gets different answers, we have already spotted a first signal.
We look at what the company already owns but doesn't fully exploit: businesses left on the sidelines, customer knowledge never turned into new offerings, skills applied to a single market or untapped capabilities.
With ownership and management we define the path to take: strengthen the core business or question its fundamentals. From there we build a strategic agenda with clear priorities, responsibilities and next steps.
A checklist on the five pillars, with indicators and scores to update independently every year.
A map of underused assets, with the development potential of each.
A summary of the decisions taken, with defined priorities, responsibilities and commitments.
The ability to recognise an often invisible risk: that the strategy itself is no longer fit for purpose.
