Since 2020 we have expanded our skills, services and technologies to meet increasingly complex needs. Today Green Future Project Group brings ESG software, strategic advisory and certified carbon projects together in a single ecosystem.
Green Future Project was founded in 2020 with a clear mission: to help companies turn their commitment to environmental sustainability into concrete action. We focused on the climate dimension, developing a digital platform to support and communicate nature protection and regeneration projects. Later we added carbon footprint measurement for organisations.
Measuring the carbon footprint was only the beginning. To meet companies' new needs we developed the ESG Suite, a proprietary platform to monitor energy consumption, calculate the organisational carbon footprint, invest voluntarily in environmental projects and communicate their impact, collect ESG data for the sustainability report and analyse the supply chain. All in one platform.
To offer an ever more complete approach we acquired several companies with complementary skills: Baker Tilly Hidra SB for strategic ESG and regulatory advisory, Karma Metrix for Digital Sustainability, HuPlay for digital learning. With these acquisitions Green Future Project became Green Future Project Group.
Today Green Future Project Group is an integrated ecosystem that combines proprietary technology, specialist consulting and the development of certified carbon projects. We have progressively expanded our expertise to support companies at every stage of their sustainability journey, guiding them through the transition to increasingly sustainable and regenerative business models.

Who we are and how we work with companies.
Green Future Project (GFP) is an Italian Climate-Tech company and Società Benefit founded in 2020. It started by supporting companies on the environmental dimension of sustainability, with a proprietary platform to calculate the carbon footprint, measure energy consumption, invest in environmental projects and report ESG data for the sustainability report.
Over the years, and especially in 2025, it expanded its offering through a series of acquisitions: Baker Tilly Hidra SB, for strategic ESG and regulatory advisory; Karma Metrix, for Digital Sustainability; HuPlay, for digital learning. GFP is also dedicated to developing carbon projects, that is projects that generate carbon credits.
