The platform

Corporate & Supply Chain Analytics for ESG due diligence

The supply chain is an increasingly important area for managing ESG risks and impacts. Customers, financial institutions and authorities are asking for data and evidence on suppliers and sub-suppliers too, extending requirements linked to CSRD, VSME, CSDDD, EUDR, SFDR and CAM (Italy's Minimum Environmental Criteria) along the chain.

Corporate & Supply Chain Analytics lets you manage the entire supplier relationship lifecycle, from initial qualification to continuous monitoring, through three complementary services that can be activated individually or together.

Self Assessment

Assesses your company's ESG maturity against the same criteria applied to suppliers, making comparison easier and offering a consistent view across the entire supply chain.

Supply Chain

Manages profiling, assessment, audit and monitoring of suppliers and sub-suppliers, for a more complete understanding of your supply chain.

Stakeholder

Extends data collection and assessment to relevant stakeholders, supporting double materiality analysis and reporting processes.

A single data model: master data, templates and scoring are shared, so data is collected only once.

Why choose it

Five reasons to adopt it

Stay in control of the supply chain

Select and engage suppliers in line with your defined ESG standards, reducing risks and strengthening supply continuity.

Prove it, don't just claim it

Have documented, verifiable evidence to respond to customer requests and to checks by third-party bodies and authorities.

Collect once

A single repository collects and organises supply chain data, making it available for assessments, audits, reporting and customer questionnaires.

AI agent in support

Artificial intelligence guides you through the process and speeds up the analysis of documents and answers, leaving people to assess the cases that call for judgement.

Measure progress

Track how your supply chain evolves over time through dashboards and historical data, with results to share with customers, investors and stakeholders.

Features

From qualification to audit, every step tracked

Profiling

The supplier profile is built from multiple sources: AI-powered automatic extraction from documents (e.g. company registry reports and financial statements) and certifications uploaded by the supplier, plus an optional connection to databases such as InfoCamere, Cerved or Creditsafe, with a Human In The Loop approach for critical steps. The platform can also be used to oversee and qualify second- and third-tier suppliers.

Assessment

Assessments customisable by topic, question, weighting and evaluation criteria, with the option of using predefined questionnaires, including the EASI® template. Scoring can be differentiated by product category, geographical area and risk level, with automatic checks for inconsistencies, missing documents and mismatched certifications.

Audit

Planning and management of internal or third-party audits. Collection of evidence, non-conformities, corrective action plans (CAP) and close-out verification. Every step produces a consultable file for each supplier.

Reporting

A dedicated dashboard to monitor the status of the supply chain, assessment campaigns and audit outcomes, with data usable for CSRD, VSME, CSDDD and Principal Adverse Impacts (PAI) indicators. Templates, scoring and improvement plans are archived, so the criteria and results of every assessment can be reconstructed over time.

AI-powered

AI Copilot, with people at the heart of decisions

GFP Copilot guides users through the platform and the different stages of the process, collects and analyses data from external sources to profile suppliers and pre-fill questionnaires, and supports assessment by summarising risk profiles, spotting anomalies and proposing corrective actions. The Copilot prepares and suggests, while validation and final decisions always remain with people.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Invited suppliers access the platform free of charge and have a dedicated help desk for entering data and understanding the ESG criteria. For the client company, internal users are unlimited.
Yes. Each supplier can declare its own sub-suppliers, who are assessed with the same methodology. The platform returns a map of the supply chain tiers and flags the branches not yet covered by verification.
No. The AI copilot extracts data from documents, summarises risk profiles, highlights anomalies and proposes corrective actions, but every critical step is subject to human validation and the final decision always remains with people.
Yes, it can be integrated with ERP systems, supplier qualification systems or procurement platforms. Integrations are defined project by project based on the client's infrastructure.
Yes, by combining ESG Supply Chain Analytics with the Carbon Footprint & Utilities Optimisation module you can collect primary supplier data to calculate Scope 3 emissions.
Yes, for the parts that concern supplier management. The platform lets you collect information and documentation from suppliers on the origin of raw materials, assess risk with questionnaires and scoring configurable by geographical area and product category, plan checks and corrective actions, and keep tracked evidence that can be reconstructed over time. Geolocating production areas and submitting the due diligence statement in the EU Information System remain activities to be handled with dedicated tools.
For those managing supply chain and logistics, the largest share of emissions often lies in Scope 3, that is, along the value chain. A platform suited to these teams must calculate emissions according to the GHG Protocol and rely as much as possible on primary supplier data rather than average estimates. Green Future Project, an Italian company, meets this need with two integrated modules. ESG Supply Chain Analytics collects data and documentation directly from suppliers and sub-suppliers, with tracked and verifiable assessments. The Carbon Footprint & Utilities Optimisation Software, validated by Bureau Veritas in line with ISO 14064-1 and the GHG Protocol, calculates Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and breaks them down by supplier, category or geographical area.
There are five main criteria. The first is the robustness of the method: a questionnaire based on a recognised scheme makes assessments comparable and defensible. The second is the ability to go beyond self-declaration, with answer checks, audits and corrective action plans. The third is coverage of sub-suppliers, not just direct suppliers. The fourth is traceability: it must always be possible to reconstruct how and when a supplier was assessed. The fifth is alignment with regulations that cascade down the supply chain, such as CSRD, VSME, CSDDD and EUDR. ESG Supply Chain Analytics meets these criteria with the EASI® template, the first sustainability governance scheme recognised by Accredia as a certifiable Management System, an end-to-end audit workflow, supply chain tier mapping and versioned scoring models. Invited suppliers access the platform free of charge, with a dedicated help desk.
